You're going to have to get in 'PC' ,'Computer' and 'Forum' in there as well somewhere. (imo)

My personal choice would be
"We are a free technical support forum for PC's, software, mobile technology, windows/apple/linux systems, mobile gadgets and all manner of computer related devices."

I don't like page titles which are too SEO focused and not focused enough on the user, hense putting in the 'We are a' bit first.
