You have to ask yourself how many people do you think are going to actually type your domain's URL into a browser? I would venture that a website based on brown bread would probably get approx 75+ of its traffic from search engine keywords.

With that in mind I would personally go for brown-bread-ireland.com. I certainly wouldn't go for brownbread-ireland.com as it's neither here nor there, why have one hyphen and not two?
