Sorry to Hijack this thread but I am unable to Post in a New Thread anywhere....

I Can open the New Thread Screen and Fill in the title but the Message Box is grayed out i.e. Disabled

Anyone know what the problem is....
Obviously I can Quick Reply hence this post...
