I've had some for my own and some for my clients. It would be interesting to see how many businesses fall for this one. From what I can see, it is actually a legitimate service they are offering and I would not be surprised to see them getting subscriptions from unknowing companies.
A friend of mine living in Belgium told me once that according to the 'Vienna Convention' you can invoice an EU company and once they don't challenge the invoice (within a certain time period) they are obligated to pay up and the courts will force it. Given the amount of spam invoices these pr1cks are sending out I think they would have a nice nest egg if that's true.
