 Copyright violation
I came across an Irish company using one of our photographs on their website. I've been in touch with them through their contact form thanking them for their interest in our work and requesting a contact email that I can forward an appropriate invoice to.
Haven't heard anything back yet and I don't get the feeling I will. Has anyone been in this boat before where their work (imagery, text etc) has been used without their permission and what is the standard proceedure? |
