One of the cleverest things that DotMobi did was that preview tool. Once you can see how your site looks on a phone display, you can begin to optimise it. It also has a more "part of the business" vibe. With Eurid there is a distinct "us and them" attitude.

Without the German .eu market, .eu is dead. EURid screwed up the English language market with their pals in PwC. I think that .eu isn't even a third choice extension now. The Irish figures seem to be flatlining.
