Hi Everyone,
my idea is in it's infancy but i looking for some information on setting up the above service.

ideally i would want a one page website the would allow for some text on the page, some advertising plus an area where people could subscribe to the service by entering their mobile no. Also they could subscribe by send ing a text to a specific number. they would then be charged each time they received a text.

i'm sure this isnt the first time someone has asked this on the site, any help would be appreciated.
