Posting here because I can't seem to find a more suitable forum for this.

What is everyone's favourite web based Applications for CRM(customer relationship management), ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and Groupware/Collaboration suites.

I'm a bit curious, because I spent a good bit of time looking through all the open source applications last summer, and they all required me to invest more time into the application than I was going to be able to commit.

I have a client who is looking for a webbased crm/erp (or similar) system to be implemented into a shared hosting server environment, and I have another client coming down the line(who is fairly easy going) wants a groupware suite put into the website, so he can share files/events/meetings/etc. with partners in different countries. Would have email integrated preferably.

I have an idea myself of what to put in, in both cases, but I'm curious to find out what other people think?

Oh yah, and try not to be too outrageous with the prices of the software you suggest. . Preferably open source, but will pay a small fee per year if the client is getting something good in return.
