yes ... one of my clients was using it with their previous crowd so I got to play a little bit. In my opinion its a waste of time / money really

you're editing files on the live site so to speak ... I didn't check out revision history or anything like that with it so that might come in handy (I think that exists but don't quote me on it)

Unless you know what you're doing you can generate some horrible code with it. That said with a CMS you can do the same depending on what you do.
