 Trademark - what's the story with that
I have been adviced to take down one of my website because of the trademark name registered by some other company.
The issue is that only part of my name is the same as his, so I don't really see the point.
His classification doesn't stand for my type of business for one of the trademark he has registered:
ex: name (can not mention the real one)
which has nothing to do with my type of business (class)
the second name he has is
ex. name.com
that has been trademarked for the type of business i am in as well
but my name is like this: minenames
i applied today for the trademark to see if I could get it for ireland.
