.flv is Flash-encoded video which is good to go for streaming (albeit HTTP streaming).. so the .flv file should be up there. Then you'll most likely need a Flash player for the video (e.g. a .swf file). Flash (as in the application, not the technology) does include player samples, if that's what you've used to encode the .flv.

Might be something fairly obvious that we can spot if you want to post a URL.
