I think it is restricted to NetGods and other entities.
I haven't run a core check on the zone yet (comparing it to the core list of premium/generic domains). But it was easy to spot some speculative registrations (Some are using .com rules for a new
tld - always a bit clueless). The top premium generics will be highly contested and will end up on auction.
