It used be sitepoint contests (to the best of my knowledge) ... you'll find some amazing work on there ... you'll find a lot of rip offs ... if you do get a logo designed and if it turns out to be ripping someone else off ... who do you fall back on having just spent x on it ... ? ...
Think its 20 quid to enter and probably a few hundred for something decent
