I think fair play to him.
He's doing video and not many other Irish companies are. You can see a list of his stuff here:

I think it's impressive.
(RedFly is going up against him in a competitive vertical next month so I had to get some research done on him)
If I had a pretty face, I'd do video too.
As for his methods of soliciting business, I wouldn't take that approach.
