We received a getty invoice last week for 5k for two images....
Now I never use other images without permission as I'm frequently on the other side of photo theft...
We had stopped using the pictures a few months back - and it was driving me up the wall how the hell I had slipped up.... then a workmate told me we had used getty for about two months after i started here and I'd completely forgotten.....
so checked the download history and the images are legally bought
haven't told getty yet - will just sit back and let them waste time and effort before I produce the account details....
