Default Reverb Studios Blog

My own blog at Reverb Studios Blog - Multimedia & Web Design Leitrim Ireland has been up a few months and since then, like my main site its been all black with light gray text. I'm constantly told that all sites should be bright with black text on white backgrounds just like all the books we used to read!

Until now I've ignored this advice and gone my own way like I always do! I Don't like to follow trends and I used to tell people that we're all used to school blackboards which were white on black so it shouldn't be too large a leap of faith to book lovers and web design conservatives.

I've changed my mind recently though and reverted to a dark gray (not black!) text on a white background mostly because I didn't want to take away from the content in any way. Its now all very minimalist, white and clean with very little colour and is easy to read.

I'd like to know people opinions of my blog in general and the whole issue of dark V light colours in websites.
