Interesting. I'll check out how well the plugin works. I tried it many moons ago, but didn't spend much time on it.
One suggestion re slatteryswine.ie - I find it incredibly difficult to read the text. I reckon that older users would have an even harder time. The background might look nice, but it isn't improving my experience on the site. Far from it I'm afraid. Hope that might help
