I am extremely impressed I have to say by the setup of the stores ... the free tutorials .... the level of staff knowledge ... and the general all round Apple buzz in each of the Apple stores

just visited the SoHo and I guess their main one as well (didn't like their main store so much as I found it was just too crowded) the SoHo one was a lot better ... attended a beginners guide to Leopard ... which while basic ... gave a few of the extra features I wouldn't have realised existed

.... the Photoshop CS3 session was pretty cool as well .. actually gave me some insight into levels that I didn't have before
I agree totally that having someone show you things is great .. hence its been very handy to play with the macs in store before buying and also picking about 5 different sales staffs brains with everything from opening terminals to apple care popping up
