Default I use...
I've not used that particular plugin myself. With Firefox there is a tendancy to go Plugin Crazy! .

I use Web Developer Toolbar
HTML Tidy
and Firebug.

Firebug is Great for modifying css while in the browser and seeing how other websites are constructed.

I use it all the time. Not sure what Ardvark would offer me over Firebug.
