For the HOT TOPIC should I type all the text in rather than cut/paste from Word as I done?

I am currently getting the site optimised and I am about 4 months into the project. How would you assess the progress so far and what else do I need to do? As you knoe SEO isnt cheap so I need to get my moneys worth

What do you guys think of the fuctionality of the site with regards to searching for a practitioner?
