Copy from word into note pad ... then paste it into the CMS window this should remove any formatting on the text and you can mark it up no doubt with the CMS WYSIWYG editor

to be honest its **** ....
Why ... because I have to read through all the info to get to the search function ... search function should be top and center (so to speak)
You're using tables ... which is a real no no for layout
no title tags (of any real use)
Text formatting seems to be all over the place ...
