Where is your hosting ?
If your hosting is in Ireland, you can still easily appear on the pages from ireland on google.ie. This would be helped by your link structure, if you have predominately irish related links.
If you are targeting Irish customers why not use the .IE ?
If you never had content on your .IE domain, and it was a redirect (301 type I hope) then that domain won't appear in the SERPS. Of course there are cases when it can, like it is pretty possible that if someone searches for ABCxyz.ie on google your .IE domain will show. |
