Everywhere I look it says this is not possible but I am sure I have seen it done.
I need to add a background image to a html form Textarea. So far so good.
However I also need the background to scroll with the amount of text that is typed there.
An example of where it is not working is here.

I need that background image to scroll with the scroll bar when you put lots of text in.
Has anyone come across where this has been done?
