I thought I'd write a little intro about myself...
Just under a year ago I was asked to help out with a website and I said I would. Not so clever when the first thing I had to do was go out and buy "building a website for dummies" (really bad move as it turns out). So armed with absolutely no knowledge I set about creating the site. I am completely half taught by means of tutorials and forums (http://www.phpfreaks.com) in particular.

My site http://www.jackiebrownmedical.ie is all my own work (with the exception of the SMF forum I just put in but even it has been somewhat modified).

In fact I got to love coding so much that I'm off to college to learn how to do it properly in September. (DIT computer science)

My present main area of interest is SEO and I will post in the relevant place about that.

I would love to have some feedback on the site from people who have some formal training and experience!

My second site is on the way.... so I'll post about that when it's up.
