Following on from the Rollo's RSS feed idea - Some of the better jobs sites are implementing RSS feeds for your search. So i can go and search for say hotel jobs, and then get a feed for that search. Whenever the site is updated with hotel jobs the feed gets updated also.

I thinkit's a nice touch.
