I am currently setting up a store using OS Commerce and Realex as the gateway. Their module was dead easy to install. I just updated the pages they included, installed the payments module and entered the merchant ID and shared secret.

I am still in test mode, and just checked that a laser card was processed with no problems.

@KevinG, that post is over a year old, so it looks like they have corrected the problem since.
