welcome to the forum have one "arts" related site myself and I think the failure to adopt can be partially put down to a lack of budget. There are things I'd really really LOVE to do ... but budget limitations = thats a no no and the usual question I get asked is ... how much is that going to cost.
(no I don't think I charge exorbantly) but its a fact there in a lot of cases money just isn't there in the arts for a lot of things. |
