Money is an issue but Its all a question of priorities in the end - America so far ahead its not funny - theyre doing fantastic work over there - arts festivals are embracing the net. Here, there seems to be a reluctance to really embrace the internet - almost a suspicion - you just have to look at how the governmnet stumbles along, grudgingly, on the issue of broadband....anyway have a new arts resource site up and running and will introduce it to the forum in due course....
