I'm presuming it's 64 bit Vista you are running? You should find out who supplies O2 with the mobile broadband dongle. It's a USB key right?
They may have updated drivers directly available from the manufacturers site.
Another thing you can do is goto the Device Manager and check that the device is enabled properly or try clicking 'update drivers' and let your PC do a search on the web. Of course you'll need web access for that in the first place but you may have another PC in the house etc ? |
