You could try searching on
irishblogs.ie or on the
Irish Blog Directory, and looking at blogrolls on any blogs that you come across....
I also pulled the opml file from my feedreader a while back - the
html version is here. It's not current any more (I'm not subscribed to some, and have added a lot more), but it might be a place to start
