They would be an average cross section of a local community, largely be made up of a non-technical audience.

The sites are informational based rather than forums, blogs etc. Small sites running local news, events and community based announcements. The larger sites would be a national versions of the small sites.

Age groups vary across the sites from kids to 80/90 year olds, but from what data I have gathered in the form of direct feedback the bulk would be 40-60 year olds. I would also infer that the 20-39 year olds are not a large demographic in these stats.

I don't have an exact geographic breakdown on these figures but roughly speaking:
70% Ireland
10% England
10% USA
10% Rest of the World
