I recently registered a .ie domain name (lets call it mydomain.ie)

I registered the business name mydomain.ie and once I received my cert, I registered mydomain.ie with an Irish hosting company. That was fine

But today I was checking out the Company registration office website cro.ie and I discovered that someone else had registered the same business name already back in 2000. Well this person be able to take my domain name away from me if he finds out.

Is there anyway to make sure I keep the domain name.
