Default Survey Script suggestions/recommendations ?
It looks like I have a new project on my hands and it's for a simple enough survey handler script to be installed for a client.

Has anyone used any of the free scripts out there ?
Tools available : PHP/MySQL/PERL (first 2 would be the obvious choice)

The survey should be straight forward enough, no interdependencies as far as I know, i.e. everyone will answer all questions.

One I came across was phpESP and I am just wondering if anyone has any experience or expertise ?
