Lodged an Amazon.com cheque worth $834.26 the other day to my AIB current account. Cheque was worth €633.62 and paid €6.34 commission (1%). Pity it can't be transferred straight into my bank account. Paid over €20 commission on UK cheques lodged recently which is a fair whack.

Probably going a bit off topic, but does anyone know any UK networks who do international money transfers to your bank account. So far I know affiliate future, I think Tradedoubler and Shareasale in the US do it. Was told by Buy.at and Webgains that its not possible.
