Yes, but you either have to be a "performer" or pay $250 for access.

I was mainly interested in finding US based programs for DVDs, but I haven't had much luck

Yea, popshops and ebay are probably your best bet.

Good thing about eBay, if you are listing "rare", hard to get hold of or "classic" DVDs there is a VERY good chance of getting some nice ACRUs.

Just so you know, I havn't actually used POPshops yet but I HAVE seen first hand what can be done with it. Planning on getting an Enterprise account next month though.

Popshops is great for just pasting products from various merchants into a site or blog. You can apply to CJ to access all of their product feeds by FTP. Last time I checked they were charging $200 in CJ US. Problem is not all the feeds are formatted the same way so when parsing it can get tricky...

why you don't use cj's webservice? It is easy to get offers from CJ. I get 3k-5k offers per day through the webservice. It works super good!
