Quick questions for those of you who have setup or run affiliate programs for selling a product.

What software did you use?
Did the software do the tasks you expected of it? (click tracking, cookies, impression tracking, etc)
What have been your experiences dealing with signed up affiliates? (paying them, dealing with their queries and such..)

The software we were / are using is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it

While it does work to a degree it's just not scalable at any level. I know they have released newer versions, but I don't think it's worth even bothering with an upgrade.
