- Ironically the IIA is one of the sh*ttiest web-sites I have ever seen. I LOVE the images of text, tables for layout and non-semantic layout.

Good. I thought I would have to go out and buy another book on web design to go with the one I have from 1994. Though the numbers of Irish websites with proper meta data, titles and other stuff is quite low. I am going through an index of about 80K of them at the moment sorting them into active, holding/coming soon/ PPC /metadata type etc. The biggest problem after the lack of meta data is the number of duplicate content type sites.

At the moment, it is part of a comparison between .co.uk (about 2.3M doms), .eu (about 2.2M doms) and .ie ccTLD. I'll probably post some of the preliminary stuff on my blog in the next day or so. The full data will be on a page on the main website. (I also got tired of complete muppet agencies in Dublin pimping their minimal SEO skills with claims about Ireland's "top n" websites not being SEO'd etc).
