Does anyone know the name of the plugin that outputs the latest entry in your blog as an image? I can't find the answer in google at all.

I think you mean the image based aggregation / RSS thing which a few of them have.

I found this:
Neowin.net > RSS Image Signature

There maybe a proper plugin out there somewhere that would do it OR you could have a look at what FeedBurner's widgets are capable of

That post is somewhat dated.

The URL to the only plugin Ive seen is actually on my blog in one of the related posts and that plugin is dated as well, but may still work.

Unrelated to the plugin, I should tell you that youre worrying about the wrong thing.. If we are talking about the WordPress blog in your signature you really ought to be worried about upgrading.

The current version youre using has quite a few vulnerabilities, and most of those have exploits available in the wild.

I reccommend 2.0.7
