| this is happening to myself and to one of my friends....when i add a link in a post sometimes it appears as instead of WWW.WEBADDRESS.COM Does anyone know the reason for this? |

| The only thing I can think of is that you are missing out the http bit when you paste it in..

| Yep I think that's it - leaving out the http:// makes wordpress think it is a relative rather than absolute URL. It then parses in your blog address to turn the relative into an absolute URL.
