| I would say something like this is a Sponsored post at the end, unless they asked for a paid review and you are being honest... not sure on this on to be honest LOL |

| Yes, definitely mention it. Actually, I was approached last night to add a link on one of my blog posts or to write a new entry for them. They offered a whopping $35  That'll get me a few pints on Saturday!
