| Hi, I have a friend who's looking to create a website to show off his model car collection (he's got a few thousand of them). Are there any content management systems that would be suitable for this? Ideally would want something that would allow multiple categorisations, like; - List by scale - List by manufacturer possibly by other details too... I've got a little bit of experience with the likes of Joomla, Mambo and Wordpress, but there might be a bit more work than I'd be up for in tailoring them to suit my friend's needs.. thanks, Andrew |

| If you are happy with Joomla or mambo, you could install virtumart, it a shop, but you can set it to run in catalog mode (without the shop functions) You could then display the collection in a number of ways. . |
