Default link management

am looking for a very simple and easy to use ( OAP's ) link mangament script (based prob on php and mysql) which would allow the clients to upload links onto their (otherwise static) site via an easy to use backend - could do one myself but if there's one out there then i'd use it - it would prob need to be either free or cheap also
any suggestions..it doesnt have to do anything except store and display links, (eg ..link display name, url and link details)

thanks

looking for a script i can put on a static site that will allow the clients to add links to their links page - but the backend needs to be pretty simple looking ( not like phpmyadmin ) ...... actually i am thinking i will just do one myself .. but if you know of one off hand i'll check it out ( i spent ages on hotscrips and the like but could only find large complicated feature rich stuff etc - i just assumed there's be tons of small simple ones )

I think I follow:
  • User has a website
  • User wants to add their link to your site (link exchange)
  • They fill out a form with their site name, link, email, etc
  • You get alerted when a link is submitted
  • You moderate the request (yes/no)
  • If yes then the link appears on your links page
  • If no then nothing happens.
Is this correct?

no !! - what on earth am i saying wrong - sorry ? ! ? ( no doubt someone will inform me )

my client wants to be able to add links to their own website themselves (without coding html or contacting me). thus i am looking for some kind of mini CMS (or a bit of php code for frontend and another bit for backend)
