Default How to insert flash into a website
Hi guys,
I recently downloaded this from a stock website:

Royalty-free Stock Flash: Basic spectrum analizer animation | iStockphoto.com

Its a .fla file. How do I insert it into HTML code can anyone tell me?

Sorry, I just barely know html code so I've never done anything like this before

Not really to the best of my knowledge. There are a number of quite simple to use flash creation tools however ...
