    Can anyone recommend any tools for managing PGP signatures on Mac? It needs to be compatible with Lion and Leopard

    I would suggest you look at GNUPG for Mac. You can download the software at Official Homepage | GPGTools (OpenPGP Tools for Apple OS X)
