Is there anyway of finding out all .ie domains that are or were once registered? ie including all expired .ie domains, instead of the expired names from last week

All expired .ie domains? That's about 17000 domains since mid 2001.

Well given the way that Google and most of the other major searchengines cannot properly handle ccTLD websites, that might be the case.
