Default .com Domain Registrations?
Just a quickie

I read somewhere that new .com registrations can take up to 2 weeks to finalise . Did I misread, or was I mislead? I'm waiting on a .com to kick-in at the moment and it seems to be taking a few days. I'm in no hurry but I'm sure the last time I registered one it only took a few hours. I could be wrong

The registration did go through instantly alright, but I'm not really sure whether the DNS settings have updated yet or not? Is this something that takes a while?

As far as I know the DNS gets reloaded twice a day.
