Default Domain Transfer Issue

I'm doing my first transfer of a domain and I'm a bit puzzled. I'm trying to transfer the domain propacireland.com which is currently with a reseller on nominet. I've got my client to let the reseller know that they want to transfer and they've removed the 'Lock' on the domain.

Problem is they've also seemed to have removed all contact details for the domain too. A whois search on nominet returns a 'no records found' message and a whois on http://www.internic.net/whois.html returns:
Domain Name: PROPACIRELAND.COM
Registrar: BB ONLINE UK LTD
Whois Server: whois.nominate.net
Referral URL: http://www.nominate.net
Name Server: NS1.LIVEDNS.CO.UK
Name Server: NS2.LIVEDNS.CO.UK
Status: ACTIVE
Updated Date: 02-apr-2006
Creation Date: 03-may-2001
Expiration Date: 03-may-2006

but no other info on admin contact details etc.

Has anyone seen this before and do you know what'll happen if I try to transfer do the automatic transfer of the domain?
cheers

I've seen this happen in the past where the whois servers are not being that responsive
From the WHOIS output it looks like the domain is not locked, but you would need to verify who the admin contact for the domain is
