Default "Reserving" a .ie domain name

Is probaly a stupid question but does anyone know if is posible to "reserve" an .ie domain name for the time you loose waiting to get your Business Name Registration aproved?

You have 30 days from when you apply for the IE domain to provide the supporting documentation. If the company you order it through is submitting requests via the IEDR's API then the domain will be "blocked" during that period ie. nobody else will be able to apply for it.

There is also the option to have the domain "provisionally accepted" which means that it will be fully registered and you will have about 6 to 8 weeks (can't remember the exact period and at this time of night I'm not checking mails) to provide the RBN. If you fail to provide the RBN the domain is deleted

As the domain will have been fully registered you won't be able to get any refund, as the domain will have been fully paid for etc.,

It doesn't work.

I try to register and a pop-up keep asking me to provide a RBN and RBN Number...
