| Has anyone any experience of the Nominet resolution service Dispute Resolution Service Basically web developer bought .co.uk domain name on behalf of company registered in his own name, now he's pulled the site down due to unrelated business. Anyone got any advice. The site was/is 4 yrs old, very little backlinks, not much traffic or business but it's on the stationery. |

| Is the domain name similar to the company name? Does the company have any trademarks? Has the company got proof of advertising etc., with the domain name? Do they have receipts for payment to the developer? Do the receipts make any reference to the domain name?

| Hi Blacknight, They would certainly fulfill alot of that criteria. What would the process involve, could it be lengthy and time consuming? Cheers, Mic. |

| The first thing to try is a registrar transfer... I'd recommend speaking to Nominet directly about it tbh
