 A .ie from sole trader to LTD/ Partnership Hi So I want to register a .ie as a sole trader at the moment, then shortly I will be setting up a LTD company or partnership with someone else. Any difficulties in then transfering the ownership of the .ie into the Ltd co/ partnership? Cheers         |

| Cough, renew it with a different entities cheque e.g. Bob Ltd. instead of Bob Sole Trader... Seriously though ask your hosting company, they should guide you through the process.

| Presumably if you "sell" the assets of your sole trader name to your ltd. company in your memorandum, all assets, e.g. domain, hosting, etc will transfer? |
